Going straight from Narita to The Tokyo Station Hotel

Guests flying into Narita Airport can take the Narita Express (N'EX) directly to Tokyo Station, where The Tokyo Station Hotel is located inside the Marunouchi station building. Guests can drop off their bags at the hotel before check-in, and standard check-in is from 3:00 PM.

Begin your stay at the platform

As our Meet & Greet page describes, guests arriving by Narita Express are welcomed at the platform by a member of hotel staff holding a placard with the hotel's logo, and personally escorted to the hotel. One staff member is assigned per group. Advance reservation is required at least 48 hours before arrival, with your train name, arrival time, car number and seat number. A send-off service is also available.

Check-in, luggage and late arrivals

Per our arrival guide for guests from Narita, standard check-in is from 3:00 PM, and early check-in from 12:00 PM can be requested, pending availability. Guests can drop off their bags at the hotel before check-in.

The hotel cannot receive luggage forwarded from Narita Airport, so guests should bring their bags with them.
